This website is run by Bournemouth Tyre Centre and Service Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, number 14970625. Registered office: 185-189 Charminster Road, Bournemouth, BH8 9QQ. You can reach us on 01202 003181 or at the shop.

When you book tyres online you are buying the tyres and having them fitted and balanced at our shop. The price shown is per tyre and includes VAT. Mobile fitting is arranged by phone.

Other services, such as brakes or servicing, are booked by phone. We look at the car, agree the price with you before any work starts, and you pay at the shop when the work is done.

Tyres booked online are paid in full when you book. Prices and stock come live from our supplier. If a price is shown wrongly because of an obvious error, we will contact you before your slot and you can cancel for a full refund. Card payments are handled by our payment provider, and we never see or store your full card number.

You get a booking reference straight away. Tyres marked as ordered in are delivered to us before your slot. If a delivery is late or a tyre turns out not to fit your car, we will call you to rearrange or offer an alternative, and you can cancel for a full refund.

To cancel or move a booking, call us before your slot. If you cancel, we refund you to the card you paid with, normally within 5 working days.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have 14 days from booking to cancel. If you ask us to fit your tyres within those 14 days and the fitting is done, you can no longer cancel it, because fitted tyres cannot be returned as new.

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If a tyre is faulty or the fitting was not done with reasonable care, contact us and we will put it right, replace it, or refund you. Please have your wheel nuts checked again once you have driven about 10 miles, as set out in our fitting policy.

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or not using reasonable care. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else the law does not allow us to exclude.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
